Our agency is well aware of the ongoing concerns surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, especially as it affects the more vulnerable in our midst. We are attempting to stay accurately informed with current updates and guidelines from our local, state and federal disease control agencies.
M.D. Manouel Insurance Agency wants you, our customers and friends and family, to know we have taken steps to prepare our business operations and our staff to continue through these challenging times. We have implemented a plan of action to allow our employees to work from home, allowing for “remote access” to our agency system and data, for service to continue without further compromising the situation.
Our team is available through various avenues to assist you with your insurance requests. Certificates of Insurance, ID Cards, Endorsements, Claims and Changes will continue as usual, and communication will remain a priority. As we navigate through the uncertainty and adjust our daily activities, we want you to be at ease with your insurance needs.
