Born and raised in the Fresno/Clovis area, Conor Molthen is a seasoned insurance professional with deep roots in the community. A graduate of Clovis West High School and Fresno State University, Conor has built a robust career grounded in his extensive experience in the workers’ compensation and insurance industries.
Conor began his professional journey at a workers’ compensation medical clinic, where he gained comprehensive knowledge of the workers’ comp system and insurance processes. During his time with the workers’ compensation clinic, he worked in the musculoskeletal rehab department, and was instrumental in business development, marketing, and sales, laying the foundation for his expertise in the field.
After six successful years of owning and operating a Farmers Insurance agency, Conor decided to focus exclusively on commercial insurance, leveraging his deep understanding of workers’ compensation. He is recognized as an expert in managing claims and mitigating losses, providing invaluable expertise in navigating complex situations.
Conor’s approach to insurance is both strategic and client-focused. He expertly utilizes standard and non-standard markets, as well as well-managed self-insurance and captive groups, to offer comprehensive coverage solutions tailored to the specific needs of his clients.
